Calendar request

Submit an event for the calendar.

Have an event for the club? Fill out the same fields you'd enter in Google Calendar — title, dates, location, description, recurrence, attendees. The events committee reviews each request and either schedules it onto the public calendar or sends you a follow-up.

Event details

Names or email addresses, one per line or comma-separated. We'll forward valid emails into the Google Calendar invite when admin approves.

Submissions go to the BSCC events committee for review. You'll get a confirmation email once it's approved or if we need more info.
